based on the following news story: Huckabee's impact in Florida There’s no denying that Mike Huckabee had a major impact in the race for Florida, despite his 4th place finish on Tuesday. Many analysts are convinced Huckabee ate into support that otherwise could have gone over to Mitt Romney, who seemed to be gaining ground in socially conservative areas in north Florida. Exit polling data seems to back that claim up.
White evangelical Christians - which made up about 30 percent
of the voters - split almost evenly between Huckabee and Romney.
