More Bush Guard documents
The Texas Air National Guard released more documents Tuesday to the
Associated Press concerning President Bush’s time in the Guard, under
a court order from the AP’s Freedom of Information request.
The report showed that Bush performed well in a Canadian exercise in a
1971:
The records released Tuesday also include orders for an August 1971
training mission in Canada, where Bush impressed his commanders. An
evaluation written nine months later said Bush's "skills as an
interceptor pilot enabled him to complete all his ADC (Air Defense
Command) intercept missions during the Canadian deployment with ease."
No Texas Rangers
The investigative division of the Texas Rangers has declined a request
from Congress to probe the Dan Rather forged document scandal, a
spokeswoman with the Texas Department of Public Safety said Wednesday.
"Vote often and vote well."
Teresa Heinz Kerry continues to be a wild card on the campaign trail
and is quoted in the St. Paul Pioneer Press as advocating voter fraud.
An often-quoted aphorism of the Democrats is to "vote early and vote
often." Teresa Heinz has a new twist for Democrats, "vote often and
vote well."
It is presumed that Teresa Heinz offered this comment as some sick
joke.
No Weapons of Mass Destruction: Allies
betrayal
Analysis by Roger Wm. Hughes
"Old Blue" media are leading stories on the fact that the Bush
administration’s reason for going to war (Weapons of Mass Destruction)
has been proven false. Charles Duelfer, head of the Iraq Survey Group,
reported to Congress that Saddam Hussein allegedly destroyed his
weapons long before the second Iraqi War.
Duelfer, however, also said that in interviewing the scientists
involved with the production of WMD that they presumed Hussein was
just waiting for the sanctions to fall before he would begin again.
Duelfer also indicated that the sanctions were rapidly crumbling.
Betrayal by U.N. France, Russia, China:
Regarding the crumbling of sanctions Duelfer offered startling
testimony as to U.N., European and Chinese governments’ involvement in
Oil for Food fraud.
Hussein gave top officials in governments and political parties secret
lucrative oil vouchers.
The Duelfer report said that Benon Sevan, the former chief of the U.N.
program, is among dozens of people who allegedly received the secret
oil vouchers, with Saddam personally approving the list of recipients.
The voucher list was dominated by Russian, French and Chinese. Saddam
spread the wealth widely to prominent business leaders, politicians,
foreign government ministries and political parties.
The report names former French Interior Minister Charles Pasqua,
Indonesian president Megawati Sukarnoputri and the Russian radical
political figure Vladimir Zhirinovsky as voucher recipients.
Clearly, these individuals, nations and the U.N. were trading wealth
for illegally providing Hussein with money to continue to finance such
activities as funding suicide bombers, rape and torture of Iraqi
citizens, attempted assassination of an American president and the
restart-up of WMDs. The illegal activity was in violation of the
cease-fire agreement signed by Hussein and other nations.
The American State Department has acknowledged that China, France and
Russia blocked attempts to tighten controls on the Oil for Food
program during a time when thousands of Iraqi citizens were dying from
malnutrition and lack of medical care.
The governments of Jordan, Syria, Turkey and Egypt did a brisk illicit
oil trade with Iraq worth more than $8 billion from 1991 until 2003,
the report said: ''These governments were full parties to all aspects
of Iraq's unauthorized oil exports and imports.''
The Kerry campaign continues to suggest that the same nations who
betrayed America and the Iraqi citizens are the ones who he is relying
on to solve the problems in Iraq today. The Kerry campaign also
continues to argue that the War on Terrorism is limited to al Qaida.
The Kerry campaign argues that the war is not fueled by a
long-standing clash of differing civilizations who coalesce to fight
the West and democracy.
